Great Lakes Almanac

On April 1, 2022, the Great Lakes Almanac project officially began, though plenty of behind the scenes work went into getting it launched. And as the year is about collaboration, learning, exploring and growing, the project is sure to evolve over the next months.

To start, I want to thank Great Lakes Aquarium and the supremely helpful staff for getting me started and readily providing advice and encouragement as I embark on this adventure.

Secondly, I want to thank the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council for believing in the project by offering me a Projects Grant. The Individual Project Grant is made possible in part by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
